Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Within Australia

We currently ship to addresses within Australia only.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days — cost calculated at checkout Free Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days — free on orders over AUD $99

Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary depending on your location, particularly for regional and remote areas. Delivery times may also be affected during peak periods such as holidays and sales events.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your parcel at auspost.com.au.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking information via Australia Post, confirm your delivery address was entered correctly at checkout, and check with your local post office in case the parcel was left or held. If you are still unable to locate your order, contact us at hello@mariacica.com.au and we will assist you promptly.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. MARIA CICA is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@mariacica.com.au and we will do our best to assist before dispatch.
